Craft Solutions failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a platform from Craft Solutions on February 17, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eloy M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
