On January 27, 1996, I signed up for Royal Haven Bordeaux Enterprises's technical assistance at their Marialand, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $407.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Israel R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
