Refund refused by Works & Manufacturing Sengkang Ltd.

On September 7, 2022, I signed up for Works & Manufacturing Sengkang Ltd.'s customer support at their Bettieborough, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $663.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darron R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
