I want to report a serious concern with PrimeCash International's membership that I purchased on February 25, 1984 from your Brakusborough, Louisiana store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Emerald Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
