Refund refused by The Diamond Residence Enterprises

On April 15, 1980, I signed up for The Diamond Residence Enterprises's warranty service at their Millsland, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $115.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Felipe V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
