I am writing regarding order #ORD-3420-FSV-6248 placed with Reliable Builders & Sons International on February 19, 1994. I paid $179.71 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Koby N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
