I want to report a serious concern with Modern-Homes's subscription that I purchased on May 14, 2025 from your Lake Blanca, Montana store. The product has had allergic reaction not warned about despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lempi G., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Modern-Homes to take responsibility and train their staff to be more professional.

May 25, 2025 06:05I want to acknowledge that Modern-Homes has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $159.86 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $159.86 for a microwave that never worked properly.
