I want to report a serious concern with Strong-Contractors's gadget that I purchased on June 23, 2017 from your Lake Ozella, Nevada store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ellis L., but my issue remains unresolved.
