False promises made by Paradise Oasis & Hospitality Inc. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1517-SJV-7743 placed with Paradise Oasis & Hospitality Inc. on January 8, 1999. I paid $453.12 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Evalyn Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
