Refund refused by Production & Manufacturing

On October 6, 2006, I signed up for Production & Manufacturing's setup assistance at their Emilioberg, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $328.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Terrell I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
