I have been a loyal customer of Liberty & Associates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-1132-FFS-8763) on February 19, 2016, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
