Factories & Industries Bhopal failed to honor their commitment

On October 30, 1989, I signed up for Factories & Industries Bhopal's delivery service at their South Torrance, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $382.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Izaiah G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
