Poor customer service experience with Premier Reserve Cologne Ltd.

On June 10, 2008, I signed up for Premier Reserve Cologne Ltd.'s warranty service at their East Mateo, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $721.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Isai S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
