Unresolved issue with The Grand Palace product

On August 6, 1970, I signed up for The Grand Palace's warranty service at their Lake Torey, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $142.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emory N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
