I have been a loyal customer of The Grand Palace for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-9657-MRL-6091) on September 6, 2007, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
