Poor customer service experience with Superior Construction

On May 2, 1972, I signed up for Superior Construction's maintenance program at their Turcottefort, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $970.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Heath K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
