Quality issues with Properties Bros International product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1185-XWM-8439 placed with Properties Bros International on October 31, 1978. I paid $510.20 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ayana G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
