Overcharged by The Comfort Palace for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2983-QUU-5732 placed with The Comfort Palace on January 6, 1987. I paid $362.96 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Syble C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
