I am writing regarding order #ORD-4255-FEY-8874 placed with The Comfort Palace on September 27, 2009. I paid $347.24 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kyler V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
