Refund refused by Dynamic Renovations Zapopan

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5126-QCB-1231 placed with Dynamic Renovations Zapopan on August 16, 2007. I paid $574.15 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mustafa P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
