I purchased a solution from Inn Experiences Bedok on May 30, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ashtyn R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
