Hidden fees discovered from Suites at Crystal

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6485-WBI-4909 placed with Suites at Crystal on June 5, 1972. I paid $820.27 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lauren M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
