I purchased a tool from Titan Build Berlin LLC on April 6, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ephraim F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
