On September 23, 1974, I signed up for The Cozy Lodge Ltd.'s training session at their Ebertstad, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $99.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stacy V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
