False promises made by Industries & Works Holdings representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8957-YPK-8951 placed with Industries & Works Holdings on March 19, 1976. I paid $789.65 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Clementina K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
