I am writing regarding order #ORD-3064-IZH-4698 placed with Trust Money on September 27, 2024. I paid $363.36 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hope G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
