Poor customer service experience with Premier Design Builders

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4084-PKD-7413 placed with Premier Design Builders on April 13, 1995. I paid $220.50 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaden J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
