Advanced-Assembly LLC refused to address issue

On January 28, 2018, I signed up for Advanced-Assembly LLC's setup assistance at their Hegmannshire, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $355.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vickie N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
