Overcharged by Homes Bros Corp. for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9871-FMY-1589 placed with Homes Bros Corp. on June 28, 2011. I paid $695.7 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Raphael E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
