I purchased a account from Luxury Retreat Changwon Group on April 26, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Koby G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
