I have been a loyal customer of The Luxury Suites for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9886-VOA-2519) on January 1, 2016, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
