I purchased a solution from The Luxury Suites on July 25, 2010. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gerry B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
