I purchased a subscription from Expert Production Enterprises on March 26, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ken W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
