I have been a loyal customer of Royal Equity for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-5601-NWL-1035) on April 18, 2017, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
