Refund refused by Royal Equity

I purchased a plan from Royal Equity on January 15, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Peter B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
