Poor customer service experience with Quality Works & Sons

On September 25, 2002, I signed up for Quality Works & Sons's maintenance program at their East Valerieview, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $768.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kendra W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
