I purchased a platform from Oasis Destinations Porto Alegre Corp. on April 23, 2005. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nicole L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
