False promises made by Dynamic Craft Inc Corp. representative

On August 13, 2023, I signed up for Dynamic Craft Inc Corp.'s support package at their West Virgilchester, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $216.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ted T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
