Warranty claim denied by Strong Architecture Contractors

I purchased a appliance from Strong Architecture Contractors on May 18, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dina C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
