Misleading advertising by Renovations Construction

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3350-QNI-4331 placed with Renovations Construction on February 9, 2023. I paid $531.31 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lavinia L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
