Misleading advertising by Innovative Works Contractors

On September 10, 1975, I signed up for Innovative Works Contractors's maintenance program at their Jazminside, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $211.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Grady E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
