False promises made by Build & International representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7366-ZNX-7575 placed with Build & International on March 2, 2001. I paid $271.35 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Magdalen J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
