I have been a loyal customer of Stay Resorts Dibba Al-Fujairah for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-6888-EOZ-4887) on December 9, 1992, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
