Unsatisfactory resolution from Stay Resorts Dibba Al-Fujairah

On July 5, 1987, I signed up for Stay Resorts Dibba Al-Fujairah's technical assistance at their Gutkowskibury, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $288.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lizeth G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
