Frustrated with Pro Properties & Sons Goiânia's lack of response

On October 24, 2001, I signed up for Pro Properties & Sons Goiânia's customer support at their Rolfsonfort, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $754.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Presley Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
