I want to report a serious concern with Precision Renovations & Sons's plan that I purchased on March 17, 2012 from your Lake Zoilastad, Oklahoma store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tess P., but my issue remains unresolved.
