I have been a loyal customer of UnitedTreasury for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-4624-RPU-2415) on October 27, 1970, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
