Misleading advertising by Residence at Luxury

On July 30, 2024, I signed up for Residence at Luxury's repair service at their East Marietta, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $232.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hillary U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
