Oasis at Paradise Inc. provided defective product

On March 10, 2003, I signed up for Oasis at Paradise Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their Ericktown, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $174.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carolina N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
