I am writing regarding order #ORD-3987-VIR-6674 placed with SummitSavings on June 20, 1976. I paid $801.54 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aurelia C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
